Will the garden furniture match the ambiance of my garden? expand_more

What is the expected delivery time? expand_more

This depends on the current workload. We strive to deliver the furniture as soon as possible. Once we have been given insights from the supplier on when the furniture will be delivered to our showroom, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. From that moment, your order will be delivered within two weeks.

Do I need to assemble the furniture myself? expand_more

In addition to complimentary delivery, we provide free assembly for all our furniture, ensuring prompt and precise placement.

What if I discover a delivery or factory defect within the warranty period? expand_more

Your purchase comes with a standard 2-year warranty through the CBW. However, we extend that peace of mind by an additional year. That means you’ll enjoy a luxurious three-year warranty with only a 1/3 depreciation in the final year. Rest assured, the warranty period commences from the moment of purchase of the original product and remains valid even after repair or receipt of a replacement product.

Please get in touch with us as soon as you discover any delivery or factory defects. We’ll promptly provide you with an appropriate, cost-free solution. And of course, for damages or defects not caused by user mishandling and covered by warranty, we’ll also offer you a suitable solution.

Absolutely! At Slings Outdoor Living, you have the creative freedom to mix & match many of our furniture, sets, colors & materials to your unique taste while remaining the aesthethic design. Can the cushions be machine washed? expand_more

You can easily machine wash both our All-weather outdoor covers and our Soltex outdoor covers one by one. Just remember to wash the outer covers at a gentle 30 degrees with a mild detergent. Avoid using the dryer and minimize spinning to prevent wrinkles. After washing, treat the Soltex covers with our Soltex protector for added water and dirt repellency. Any wrinkles? No worries! They’ll naturally disappear under the warmth of the sun.
